We love to make your life easier by our fresh and healthy meals delivered to your door.
We guarantee 5 star customer service each time and will make the effort to ensure your box of goods is delivered in the best way possible! Please ensure we deliver to your suburb by checking our list here

Place your order before 7pm on Sunday for Tuesday delivery.
Frozen fresh = locked-in goodness.
To make sure your meals are frozen fresh and prepped to perfection, all orders need to be in by Sunday 7pm.
Orders placed after that time will roll into the next available delivery window — no exceptions (our freezer waits for no one)

Made fresh and delivered to you.
You will receive a text on Monday night with an ETA for delivery on Tuesdayy between 7am - 3pm with live communication and an ETA time frame for your order. We send it on Tuesday morning as unexpected traffic hazards can occur (road closures, freeway works) and this will provide you with a time frame. Please note that no address changes can occur on Wednesdays mornings. Please email us: info@hailthekale.com.au prior to the delivery day if you need to make address changes.

Anticipate your delivery!
We’ll deliver your frozen HTK meals between 7am–4pm on Tuesday to the address you’ve provided.
To keep your order safe + frosty, each box comes with insulation and ice bricks. It’ll stay frozen for up to 4 hours — but after that, it’s on thin ice (literally)
• Provide as much delivery info as possible
• Let your office or reception know to expect a frozen delivery
• Leave out your HTK insulation bag or an esky if you’re reusing.
We will call or text once your order’s dropped so you know it’s landed safe and chilly.


Devour & Enjoy!
We can’t wait for you to dig into our nourishing frozen meals! All of our bowls are made fresh, then frozen, with no preservatives — just real ingredients, ready when you are.
Once defrosted, please enjoy within 4 days.
If kept frozen, your meals will stay delicious for up to 12 months.
Pro tip: defrost overnight in the fridge, then heat and eat when you’re ready to glow.

Yes- they do not contain gluten in their ingredients. BUT we cannot guarantee that they are 100% gluten free as the facilities they are prepared in is not registered as GF.

You will receive a text the night prior and the morning of your delivery with an ETA. Please ensure there is someone to receive the order otherwise the driver will attempt to contact you and drop the box at your door if no one is there to receive it.
We encourage you to have it delivered to your work place or office so it can be kept cool ASAP!
Refunds will not be given for boxes that are left unattended.

Our meals are delivered via refrigerated vans to their destinations. This is why we encourage you to have it delivered to your office reception or work place. Please feel free to leave an esky or ice bricks for us to add in your meals.

Please place your order in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
Our salad bowls have 4 days including day of delivery and are not suitable to freeze.
Our heat and eat meals have 7 days including day of delivery and are suitable to freeze once they are past their use by date.

Delivery is $15.00 for orders under $129.99. For orders over $129.99 delivery is FREE!

We currently do not offer pick ups and we only make to order.

We cannot deliver out of this time frame due to the logistics of our delivery map and available vans.

Yes and YES! We encourage you to do this as it helps our driver out to ensure your box of goods is in the right hands as quickly as possible.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding gate codes, lock boxes, fridge locks, door bells, reception desks, flight of stairs, apartment concierge (the list goes on..but we are here for it!)
