Delivery Details
We deliver once a week to keep things simple!
Perth: Wednesdays between 7am – 3pm
Mandurah & Rockingham: Thursdays only
We don’t take specific time requests, but if you need your order before a certain time, email us at info@hailthekale.com.au and we’ll do our best to sort it.
Delivery Costs
We’ve got 3 zones based on your distance from Perth CBD:
- Within 15km → $15 or FREE over $129.99
- 15–30km → $17.50 or FREE over $150
- 30km+ → $20 or FREE over $200
Can’t Be Home? No stress.
If we’ve got permission to leave your order somewhere safe (like your esky or a shady spot), we’ll do that.
If not, and we can’t reach you, your order comes back to HTK HQ. Re-delivery can be arranged — for a small extra fee.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a text + email the day before with a live tracking link and a 2-hour delivery window.
Just note: things like traffic and weather can affect ETAs — we appreciate your patience
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes- they do not contain gluten in their ingredients. BUT we cannot guarantee that they are 100% gluten free as the facilities they are prepared in is not registered as GF.

You will receive a text the morning of your delivery with an ETA. Please ensure there is someone to receive the order otherwise the driver will attempt to contact you and drop the box at your door if no one is there to receive it. Pleases contact us on 0436 473 183 and leave a message if you need help with locating your delivery.
We encourage you to have it delivered to your work place or office so it can be kept cool ASAP!
Refunds will not be given for boxes that are left unattended.

Yes! We now provide cooling on all of our items as they do come frozen

Please place your order in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
Our freezer meals are best consumed within 3 days once defrosted. If kept frozen, they can last for up to 12 months.

We currently do not offer pick ups and we only make to order.

Your order will be received between 7am - 5pm on Wednesday mornings.
We cannot deliver out of this time frame due to the logistics of our delivery map and available vans.

Yes and YES! We encourage you to do this as it helps our driver out to ensure your box of goods is in the right hands as quickly as possible.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding gate codes, lock boxes, fridge locks, door bells, reception desks, flight of stairs, apartment concierge (the list goes on..but we are here for it!)
