Hi, I'm Marnie! I started Hail the Kale because I was sick of "healthy" ready meals that were mostly rice and mash. Every one of our meals is under 15g of carbs, high in protein and loaded with veg. No fillers, no seed oils, no weird additives. Just real food that keeps you full and doesn't leave you crashing at 3pm.

Bundles are the best value and keep the freezer full. You can also subscribe weekly and skip or pause anytime.

How Perth delivery works

  1. Check your suburb. Pop your postcode into our postcode checker. We deliver from Kinross down to Mandurah.
  2. Order by 8pm Sunday. We cook to order, so nothing is sitting around for weeks. Minimum frozen order is $50.
  3. Delivered Tuesday. Meals land between 7am and 3pm, frozen with an ice brick. You get a text on the day with your delivery window.
  4. Straight into the freezer. Heat one up whenever you need it. Each label has the heating instructions and use by date.

Every Hail the Kale meal is under 15g of carbs per serve. You can find the full nutrition panel on each meal's page.

Are your meals keto?
Our meals are low carb rather than strict keto. They suit most people eating low carb, and if you are tracking closely, check the nutrition panel on each meal.

Which suburbs do you deliver to?
We deliver from Kinross down to Mandurah every Tuesday between 7am and 3pm (Rockingham and Mandurah also Fridays). Check your suburb with our postcode checker.

When do I need to order by?
Order by 8pm Sunday for delivery on Tuesday. Orders after that go to the following week.

How long do the meals last?
They arrive frozen, so they keep in your freezer for months. Each label has the use by date. Once defrosted, eat within a few days.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum for frozen meal delivery is $50. A Low Carb Bundle of 5 meals covers it.
