A slow-simmered, creamy curry with none of the bloat. We’ve taken the comfort of traditional butter chicken and stripped it back to its cleanest, most nourishing form. Made with tender free-range chicken, coconut cream, anti-inflammatory spices, and a rich tomato base — no butter, no dairy, and absolutely zero compromise on flavour.

We’ve also teamed up with our local pals at Turban Chopsticks, using their butter chicken curry paste for next-level depth (because let’s be real — no one does curry paste like they do).

Served with local Manjimup cauliflower rice and snap-frozen green beans, it’s light, balanced, and blood sugar-friendly.

Our meals are delivered chilled in a refrigerated van. You’ll receive updates the night before delivery, when it’s on the way, and once it’s been dropped. Please add cooling if you require here

Microwave (Quick & Easy)
1. Remove film and place the frozen meal on a microwave-safe plate or keep in packaging just ensure the top seal is removed
2. Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel.
3. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring halfway through for even heating.
4. Check if it's heated through. If not, continue heating in 30-second intervals until hot.
5. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.


Oven (For Best Texture)
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove top seal and place the frozen meal on a tray. You can keep in packaging or on a tray/dish
3. Cover with foil to prevent drying out.
4. Heat for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. If needed, uncover foil during the last 5-10 minutes for a crispy texture.
5. Serve and enjoy!


Air Fryer (For Crispy Goodness)
1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2. You can keep the food in packaging or put on baking paper and place the frozen meal in the air fryer basket.
3. Heat for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
4. Check if it's hot and crispy. If not, add an extra 3-5 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Optional: Add avocado, coconut yoghurt, our holy moly smoky aioli or a squeeze of lime to level it up.
