Every single meal we make is gluten free. Cooked in Perth, frozen and delivered to your door every Tuesday.

Finding ready meals that are actually gluten free (and actually taste good) is harder than it should be. So we made it simple: no bread, no pasta, no wheat-based sauces, nothing to read the fine print on. Our meals are built on cauliflower and broccoli rice, slow cooked proteins and loads of veg, and most are dairy free too.

What makes our meals gluten free friendly

• Gluten free across the whole menu. You can order anything without checking every label.
• No grains as filler. Instead of rice or pasta, we use cauli rice, broccoli rice and cauli-pumpkin mash.
• Most meals are dairy free. Our creamy curries get their richness from coconut, not cream.
• No seed oils, no preservatives. Real ingredients you would cook with at home.
• Low carb and high protein. Under 15g carbs per meal, with free range chicken and grass-fed beef.

How Perth delivery works

1. Check your suburb. Pop your postcode into our postcode checker. We deliver from Kinross down to Mandurah.
2. Order by 8pm Sunday. We cook to order, so nothing is sitting around for weeks. Minimum frozen order is $50.
3. Delivered Tuesday. Meals land between 7am and 3pm, frozen with an ice brick. You get a text on the day with your delivery window.
4. Straight into the freezer. Heat one up whenever you need it. Each label has the heating instructions and use by date.

Are all your meals gluten free?
Yes. Every frozen meal on our menu is made without gluten containing ingredients.

Are your meals dairy free?
Most of them are. Our curries use coconut cream instead of dairy. Each meal page lists its dietary info.

Where do you deliver?
From Kinross down to Mandurah every Tuesday between 7am and 3pm (Rockingham and Mandurah also Fridays). Check your suburb with our postcode checker.

Yes. Our OG Crunch and Miso Bites are gluten free and we ship them anywhere in Australia.
