Arrives frozen
Your meals will arrive with a gel pack but will need to be popped in the freezer as soon as you can! Leave an esky with ice packs at your door if you're away for the day.

Our trays aren’t just cute—they’re compostable, oven-safe, microwave-friendly, and made right here in Australia. They keep your meals fresh and fight the war on waste. Here’s how to love ‘em right:

🔥 Heat Me Up
Microwave: Film off. Heat on high.
• 3–4 mins if thawed
• 6–7 mins if frozen - Stir at the 3 minute mark
Let me chill for 1 min before diving in.

Oven: Remove film, 180°C for 25–35 mins.
Airfryer: Remove Film, 175°C for 8 minutes - check and stir and a futher 6 minutes for extra crispiness!

🧊 Store Me
Keep frozen for up to 12 months. Once defrosted, eat within 3 days. I’m not clingy, but I don’t like sitting around too long.

♻️ Dispose Like a Pro
Peel off the clear lining (it’s recyclable), then rip up the tray and pop it in your compost or FOGO bin. That’s right—your dinner just fed you and the planet.

Delivered TUESDAYS between 7am and 3pm (Rockingham and Mandurah also Fridays). Orders close 8pm Sunday. $50 minimum order.
Delivery is based on your distance from Osborne Park: $15 within 15km (FREE over $129.99), $17.50 for 15 to 30km (FREE over $150), $20 for 30 to 100km (FREE over $200).
Meals arrive frozen with an ice brick, so pop them in the freezer when they land.
