We deliver from Kinross in the north all the way down to Mandurah. Perth: Tuesdays between 7am and 3pm. Rockingham and Mandurah: Tuesdays and Fridays. Pop your postcode into our postcode checker to check your suburb.

Yes- they do not contain gluten in their ingredients. BUT we cannot guarantee that they are 100% gluten free as the facilities they are prepared in is not registered as GF.

You will receive a text the morning of your delivery with an ETA. Please ensure there is someone to receive the order otherwise the driver will attempt to contact you and drop the box at your door if no one is there to receive it.
We encourage you to have it delivered to your work place or office so it can be kept cool ASAP!
Refunds will not be given for boxes that are left unattended.

Our meals are delivered via refrigerated vans to their destinations. Every order also comes frozen with a FREE ice brick to keep it cold. This is why we encourage you to have it delivered to your office reception or work place.

Your meals arrive frozen, so pop them straight in the freezer. Kept frozen, they last up to 12 months. Once defrosted, enjoy within 3 days.

It depends how far you are from Osborne Park. Minimum order is $50. Within 15km: $15, or FREE over $129.99. 15 to 30km: $17.50, or FREE over $150. 30 to 100km (including Rockingham and Mandurah): $20, or FREE over $200. You will see your exact delivery fee at checkout.

We currently do not offer pick ups and we only make to order.

We cannot deliver out of this time frame due to the logistics of our delivery map and available vans.

Yes and YES! We encourage you to do this as it helps our driver out to ensure your box of goods is in the right hands as quickly as possible.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding gate codes, lock boxes, fridge locks, door bells, reception desks, flight of stairs, apartment concierge (the list goes on..but we are here for it!)
