1 Year of Arpees Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Thanks for entering our 1 Year of Arpees giveaway! Here's the fine print.

The promoter

This giveaway is run by Greenful Life Pty Ltd trading as Hail the Kale, Osborne Park WA ("Hail the Kale", "we", "us").

Who can enter

  1. Entry is open to residents of the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia, aged 18 or over, who live within our delivery area. Not sure if we deliver to you? Pop your postcode into our postcode checker or send us a DM.
  2. Hail the Kale staff, their immediate families and our stockists' staff are not eligible to enter.

When

  1. The giveaway opens when the post goes live on Instagram on Thursday 22 October 2026 and closes at 8:00pm AWST on Thursday 29 October 2026. Entries received after this time won't count.

How to enter

  1. Follow @hailthekale on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Comment on the giveaway post tagging a friend who lives in Perth. Each comment with a different tagged friend counts as one entry.
  4. Bonus entry: share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @hailthekale. Your account needs to be public for us to see it.
  5. Entries from fake, spam or giveaway-only accounts, or that don't follow these steps, won't count.

The prize

  1. One winner will receive a month of free Arpees (Hail the Kale rice paper rolls): 6 packs delivered every Tuesday for 4 consecutive weeks, 24 packs in total.
  2. Deliveries will start on a Tuesday within 4 weeks of the winner being confirmed, at a start date agreed with the winner. Flavours are subject to availability.
  3. The prize must be delivered to one address in our Perth metro delivery area. Someone needs to be home to receive it, or a safe, shaded spot needs to be provided, as the rolls are fresh and need to be refrigerated.
  4. Missed deliveries due to the winner not being available or giving incorrect details won't be replaced.
  5. The prize can't be swapped for cash, transferred or exchanged for other products.

Choosing the winner

  1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Friday 30 October 2026.
  2. We'll announce the winner in our Instagram stories and DM them from our official account, @hailthekale. We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords. If you get a message from any other account claiming you've won, it's a scam.
  3. The winner needs to reply to our DM within 48 hours with their delivery details. If we don't hear back, or the winner lives outside our delivery area, we'll draw a new winner.

The other bits

  1. Rice paper rolls contain allergens. Please check the ingredients on our website or packaging before eating. Hail the Kale isn't responsible for any reaction to the products.
  2. By entering, you agree that, if you win, we can share your Instagram handle in our stories and posts.
  3. We'll only use your details to run this giveaway and deliver the prize.
  4. We can change, pause or cancel the giveaway if something outside our control affects it, such as a production issue.
  5. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility.
