Beyond the Greens Reset

A 2 week real food reset. Built around my G.L.O.W formula. Calories are banned. Round 1 is intimate, capped at 40 spots and starts Monday June 8.
Most resets ask for 3 weeks. This asks for 2. Because real change does not need a longer program. It needs a framework you can actually use.

Why this is different
This is not another meal plan app or reset that puts you in a calorie deficit and calls it wellness. This is food as creation. It goes beyond the greens. It is about how you move, how you sleep, how you treat your gut and how you feel in your body day to day. Calories are banned because they have nothing to do with whether food is actually good for you. This is about coming back to yourself, listening to your body and eating in a way that feels good.
Round 1 timeline
Monday June 1 - Everything unlocks. You receive access to the Greenful app, the recipe library, the Welcome PDF and an invite to the community group.
Monday June 1 to Sunday June 7 - Your prep week. Read the kit, plan your shop, set your intention and get yourself ready for Day 1.
Monday June 8 - The reset officially begins. Real food. Daily rituals. All of us doing this together.
Monday June 22 - The final reflection day. You have completed the formula and it is time to weave it into your every day beyond.
End of June - Our in-person celebration meet up.
FAQs

Yes. The G.L.O.W formula naturally includes good protein, healthy fats and slow carbs. If you are training heavily, you will likely want to increase portion sizes (especially protein and carbs around training). I will share more guidance on this inside the community for those who need it.

This program is a real food reset, not a calorie restriction. It is generally suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding. But every body is different, so please check in with your healthcare provider first. If you have a specific health condition, this is general wellness guidance, not medical advice.

The reset is fully online. You can do it from anywhere in the world. The community runs in Australian time zones but you do not need to attend the live Q and As to get value. They are recorded and the recipes are designed to be cooked anywhere with everyday ingredients.

Once you receive access to the Welcome PDF, recipe library and community on June 1, the program is non-refundable. If you change your mind before June 1, email me and we will sort it out.

Yes. Throughout the 2 weeks I am live in the community 2-3 times a week. The Q and As are live with me. You can also reply to any of my emails and I will answer personally.

Maybe, maybe not. That is not the goal. The goal is to feel calm, energised and at home in your body again. Most women find their body composition shifts naturally because they are eating real food without restriction. But weight loss is not what we are selling. Calories are banned for a reason

No, this is a DIY version with access to my favourite recipes that make me feel my best. You will get the full Greenful app recipe library to cook from at home. If you do not want to cook every meal, you can add on our Reset Bundle which combines HTK frozen meals and staples for the days you need a back-up.

Yes. The reset is built for real life. Every recipe is under 30 minutes (most are 15). The G.L.O.W formula means once you know it, you can build a balanced meal with whatever is in your fridge. You will also have me and the community alongside you the whole way.

You will be fine. Everything you receive is yours forever. The recipes, the Welcome PDF, the community access. The 2 week structure is the recommended path but you can run it on your own timing if life gets in the way. The community and Q and As happen between June 8 and June 22.

All recipes are gluten free. Most are dairy free or have dairy free swaps. For vegetarians, every recipe has a plant-based protein swap (tofu, tempeh, eggs, legumes). I do not include coriander in any recipe.
