Method
- Marinate the chook

In a small bowl, coat chicken with Dijon, lemon juice, pepper & a pinch of salt. .
- Air-fry like a boss

Pre-heat air-fryer to 200 °C (392 °F) for 3 min.

Place chicken in basket; cook 8 min total.

At the 4-min mark, add halved Brussels sprouts, garlic salt and give everything a quick shake, then finish cooking.
- Build that bowl

Slaw mix down first (greens = base layer of greatness).

Snuggle in turmeric cauli, kraut & pickled cabbage.

Slice chicken & Brussels; park them on top.

Fan out the avo like you’re on MasterChef.
