Gut-Loving Immunity Bowl

Gut-Loving Immunity Bowl

Gut-Lovin’ Immunity Bowl AKA: the winter hug your microbiome’s been waiting for 🥬✨

Why this bowl is the B.O.G

  • Ferments triple-threat – HTK Kraut, Pickled Cabbage & Turmeric Cauli bring live cultures + vitamin C to keep your gut bugs and immune army thriving.
  • Anti-inflammatory squad – turmeric, cruciferous veggies, lemon, avocado & EVOO = joint-soothing, glow-boosting goodness.
  • Protein on point – air-fried chicken for steady energy and that “I’m full but light” vibe.
  • Healthy-fats – Avo + OG Crunch’s almond-seed magic keep hormones happy and skin dewy.

(OG Crunch is currently sold out – pre-order now for delivery from 10 July or sub in toasted pepitas or whatever seeds/crunchy bits you have lying around for now)
