We’ve swapped the rice for cauliflower, loaded it with juicy marinated chicken, and tossed it with our favourite Turban Chopsticks curry paste, and crunchy greens. The result? A nourishing, high-protein meal that delivers the taste of your fave takeaway, without the post-carb crash.

Keep frozen for up to 12 months. Once defrosted, eat within 3 days. I’m not clingy, but I don’t like sitting around too long.

Microwave (Quick & Easy)
1. Remove film and place the frozen meal on a microwave-safe plate or keep in packaging just ensure the top seal is removed
2. Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel.
3. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring halfway through for even heating.
4. Check if it's heated through. If not, continue heating in 30-second intervals until hot.
5. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.


Oven (For Best Texture)
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove top seal and place the frozen meal on a tray. You can keep in packaging or on a tray/dish
3. Cover with foil to prevent drying out.
4. Heat for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. If needed, uncover foil during the last 5-10 minutes for a crispy texture.
5. Serve and enjoy!


Air Fryer (For Crispy Goodness)
1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2. You can keep the food in packaging or put on baking paper and place the frozen meal in the air fryer basket.
3. Heat for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
4. Check if it's hot and crispy. If not, add an extra 3-5 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Optional: Add extra satay drizzle for more zing and peanutty goodness!
